What we collect

• Account details: username (public), email address (private) and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• What you post: posts, comments, files, groups and strata listings. These are public.
• Terms acceptance records: when you accept the Terms of Use we record the version, date and time, your username and email, IP address, browser user-agent and age confirmation, as evidence of the agreement.
• Removal requests: the name, email, reason and IP address you submit.
• Moderation records: what was hidden or removed, when and by whom.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Google Cloud) keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To run the Site, keep accounts secure, moderate content, respond to removal requests and legal demands, and keep evidence of our agreement with users. We don't sell personal information.

Advertising and cookies

The Site shows ads served by Google. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. We also use a session cookie to keep you logged in.

When we disclose information

Only as described in section 8 of the Terms of Use: when legally required (for example, a court order to identify a poster), or to prevent harm.

Where it's stored and for how long

Data is stored with Google Cloud. Account data is kept while your account is open. Terms acceptance, removal request and moderation records are kept after an account closes, for as long as reasonably needed as evidence and to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can delete your own posts at any time. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or close your account by emailing gparker-projects@gmail.com.
